Triticale
Triticale is a very good forage product for grazing, chopping and baling as well. Triticale has value as a very good feed grain. Some feeders are actively sourcing triticale to substitute for other feed grains due to some of the amino acids that it contains. We usually have production of at least a couple varieties every year, and we also pull in other varieties from reliable sources. There seems to be a renewed interest in triticale, and interest in developing newer and improved varieties.
