Rye
There are not many markets for rye as a cereal grain in our immediate area. It is still used for breads and other baking but not a large scale. There is a larger market for it as a cover crop/forage producer. It is a very good product to graze, and can produce large amounts of biomass both above ground and below with its fibrous root mass.
